Squatters Pub Brewery is Salt Lake City’s first brew pub. Founded in 1989, Squatters has been serving up award-winning beer and craft cocktails made with locally distilled liquor alongside a locally-sourced and sustainably-focused menu for lunch, dinner and weekend brunch.
Built in an abandoned hotel that sits in the heart of downtown, Squatters Pub Brewery has been a local favorite for over 35 years. Guests can view the Salt Lake Brewing Co. craft beer being brewed as they enjoy a glass from a wide selection of styles. Squatters Pub Brewery – Private Events
Squatters Pub Brewery in downtown Salt Lake City offers four unique event spaces where all ages are welcome. The main floor hosts The Potting Shed and The Patio, mid-sized event spaces great for group dinners or company parties. The Loft and The Grain Room on the second and third floors can be booked together or individually, great for large receptions and cocktail style events.
